Bell ist der weibliche Rivale aus Pokémon Schwarz und Weiß. Wie der Protagonist und Cheren, wohnt sie in Avenitia. Auch sie erhält ein Starterpokémon von Professor Esche. Sie wählt immer den Starter, der dem Eigenen vom Typ her unterlegen ist.
